It’s that time of the year when the promise of a new beginning inspires us to make New Year’s resolutions. But by January 15th, despite our best intentions, most of us don’t keep them. I never did…until I made this one.
It wasn’t your typical resolution like exercising more or eating less. Unlike most, it was easy to keep. Probably because it felt so good. But, more importantly, this New Year’s resolution changed my life.
